Apart from the obvious Small Faces songs, there
is much of interest here to Small Faces fans. Firstly, we have the cover of (Tell
Me) Have You Ever Seen Me by Apostolic Convention. PP Arnold (backing
vocals on Tin Soldier) turns up singing First Cut is the Deepest,
Though it Hurts Me Badly as well the duet with Rod Stewart, Come
Home Baby. Also, note the rarity Billy Nicholls' Would You Believe
written by Steve Marriott and Ronnie Lane. The Poets' Baby Don't You Do
It was also recorded by the Small Faces. The Small Faces may have also
played as session musicians on some of these tracks. It is certainly
possible to note Steve Marriott on backing vocals on Would You Believe.
Any ideas?
